Start locally, reach nationally

Marketplace discovery begins with the customer’s State and Local Government Area. Customers can browse nearby product and service listings, compare sellers and widen their search when they need more choice. Sellers build a digital storefront that can be discovered beyond their physical street.

For customers

Customers can browse without an account, then register to add products to a basket, choose fulfilment, place an order, arrange delivery, follow status updates and ask for support. Delivery cost ranges are shown as estimates until an offer is accepted.

For sellers and businesses

Sellers register a business, submit verification information, publish products or services, maintain prices and availability, manage orders and configure payout details. Verification is reviewed by authorised administrators within the seller’s jurisdiction or by authorised national teams.

For riders and transporters

Local riders configure their vehicle, operating areas and delivery modes. Interstate transporters use a separate waybill network for state-to-state movement. Matching keeps the local delivery and interstate transport networks distinct.

Trust, accountability and support

Verification, ratings, transaction records, pickup and delivery PINs, evidence photos, notifications and case timelines help participants understand each journey. A support case normally begins with the responsible LGA team and can escalate to State administration, National Operations and Super Admin.

Local leadership with national oversight

LGA Administrators provide first-line support and verification within their jurisdiction. State Administrators and State Managers coordinate state activity and escalations. National Operations monitors platform execution, while Founders and Super Administration govern policy, security, finance and national performance. Permissions remain role- and jurisdiction-scoped.

Marketplace and logistics together

Customers can shop products or services, arrange local delivery and prepare inter-LGA or interstate waybills. Local riders and interstate transporters remain architecturally distinct, while transparent pricing, payment records and delivery evidence preserve one understandable customer journey.

Where Zentrix is starting

Zentrix Market is designed for nationwide Nigerian coverage through States, LGAs, towns and trading routes. Actual seller, rider, transporter and service availability grows jurisdiction by jurisdiction as participants are recruited and verified.
