Every seller starts with a free trial. After that, your subscription is priced for your business - not a single flat rate for everyone - over a term you choose: 3, 6 or 12 months.

Businesses are not the same
A shop that has traded for years, with steady stock and repeat customers, is not in the same position as one just starting out. A single flat price would either overcharge a new seller or undercharge an established one.
Capacity and growth stage matter
What you sell, how much of it, and how established your business is all shape what you can reasonably afford right now - and what's fair to charge you.

Your State and LGA Administrators look at your business as part of onboarding - what you sell, how long you have operated, and how it is growing - before your subscription price is set.
Priced to fit where you are
A young, growing business gets a price that fits a young, growing business. As your shop grows, your price can be reviewed again - it is not fixed forever at the rate you started with.
Choose your term
3, 6 or 12 months - your choice
Once your free trial ends, pick the term that suits how your business plans ahead. Longer terms are usually priced better than paying the shorter term repeatedly.
3 months
Pay every quarter. The most flexible option if you would rather commit in shorter stretches.
6 months
Pay twice a year. Fewer renewals to think about, usually priced better than two separate 3-month terms.
12 months
Pay once a year. The longest commitment, usually the best value of the three.

Local and national sellers are priced separately
Selling only in your State and selling across all of Nigeria are two different opportunities, so they are priced as two different plans.

Sell within your own State. Your subscription is priced for in-state selling, and can be set per state by Zentrix.

Sell to customers anywhere in Nigeria. Nationwide reach is priced as its own plan, separate from the in-state price, because it opens your shop to a much larger market.

What sellers ask about pricing
Why don’t you just publish one price for everyone?
Because one price is not fair to everyone. A brand-new shop and a business that has sold on Zentrix Market for two years do not have the same capacity to pay, so we look at each business individually rather than charging a flat rate.
Do I have to pay before I can start selling?
No. Every new seller starts with a free trial, shown in your Subscription page in the seller dashboard along with your exact trial end date. You only need to subscribe once the trial ends.
What happens if I do nothing when my free trial or subscription ends?
Your shop, products, reviews, order history and money owed to you all stay safe and exactly as they are. New customer orders are paused until you subscribe again - nothing is deleted.
Can my price change over time?
Yes. Your subscription price reflects your business today. As your business grows - or if your circumstances change - Zentrix can review and adjust it.
Where do I see my exact price and trial status?
Once you register as a seller, your Subscription page (under Finances in your seller dashboard) always shows your current status, your exact price for each term, and - during your free trial - exactly how many days you have left.
