Seller Standards & Terms
Additional obligations for sellers, wholesalers and service providers using the marketplace.
Verification
Provide truthful ownership, identity, address, contact, bank and business information. State Managers and State Administrators may review applicants across their state; LGA Administrators may review applicants in their LGA; authorised national administrators may review any jurisdiction.
Catalogue standards
- Use accurate titles, descriptions, categories, images, prices, sale prices, variations and stock quantities.
- Disclose material limitations, safety information, delivery constraints and return conditions before purchase.
- Do not manipulate ratings, availability, discount percentages or “limited stock” messaging.
- Remove or mark unavailable products promptly.
Orders and consumers
Accept only orders you can fulfil, communicate material changes, preserve transaction records and honour applicable cancellation, return, refund and quality rights. Sellers are responsible for tax, licensing and sector-specific duties applying to their business.
Payments and payout details
Bank details must belong to the verified seller or lawful beneficiary. Payment-provider verification may be required. Fees and commission are disclosed in the applicable commercial schedule; users must not falsify settlement or payment evidence.
Monitoring and enforcement
Zentrix may review listings and verification data, investigate complaints, restrict catalogue publication, suspend payouts where lawful, or remove sellers who create safety, fraud or compliance risk.
