Agreement and eligibility

By creating an account or using Zentrix Market, you agree to these terms and the policies linked from them. You must have legal capacity to enter the transaction and provide accurate, current information.

Zentrix’s role

Zentrix provides a marketplace and logistics coordination platform. Unless a checkout screen expressly says otherwise, the seller-not Zentrix-is the supplier of listed goods or services. The identity and contact route for the seller are shown through the listing, storefront, order or support flow.

Accounts and security

Keep credentials and verification codes confidential.
Use only your own accurate identity and contact information.
Tell us promptly about suspected unauthorised access.
Business, rider, transporter and administrator capabilities may require verification and approval.

Listings and orders

Sellers are responsible for accurate descriptions, lawful products, prices, stock, fulfilment and statutory consumer obligations. An order is subject to availability and confirmation. Delivery ranges are estimates until the relevant delivery or waybill offer is accepted.

Payments

The checkout screen identifies the payee, timing and available method. Zentrix may use third-party payment providers. Users must not bypass required platform fees or manipulate payment evidence. Refunds follow applicable law and the Consumer, Returns & Cancellations Policy.

Prohibited conduct

You must not commit fraud, impersonate another person, interfere with the service, scrape protected data, evade access controls, abuse another user, manipulate reviews, or list prohibited or unlawful items.

Suspension and termination

We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary for safety, fraud prevention, legal compliance, investigation or a material breach. Where appropriate, we will explain the decision and provide a review or support route.

Liability and statutory rights

Nothing in these terms excludes a right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, Zentrix is not responsible for indirect loss or a seller’s independent acts, but this does not remove responsibilities the law places on an online marketplace operator.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Please use the in-app support and escalation process first. You retain any right to approach a competent regulator or court.
