Two separate networks

Local deliveries use verified riders and local matching. Interstate waybills use verified transporters and a distinct matching lifecycle. A local rider is not eligible for an interstate waybill merely by holding a rider account.

Estimates and accepted prices

A displayed range is an estimate based on route, package and available historical information-not a guaranteed quote. The final amount is established when an eligible rider or transporter offer is accepted and is shown before confirmation.

Handover and evidence

Pickup and delivery may require one-time PINs, photographs, timestamps or other evidence. Do not share a handover PIN before the relevant physical handover. Prohibited, unsafe or inaccurately declared packages may be rejected.

Customer responsibilities

Provide accurate sender, recipient, address, package and contact details; package goods safely; declare fragile or regulated contents; and be available for agreed handovers.

Delays, loss and disputes

Report a delay, failed handover, loss, damage or safety concern through the relevant order or waybill. The case follows Zentrix’s complaints hierarchy and preserves available evidence. Rights that cannot lawfully be excluded remain unaffected.
